Individual Therapy
I offer client-centered, anti-oppressive therapy services to individuals who want to better understand themselves and explore topics that need more care and attention in their lives. I love to collaborate with clients to establish therapy goals according to what is meaningful to them. All sessions are offered virtually by phone call or Zoom.
I've listed below some of the most common topics I've supported clients with, but if there's something else you're interested in exploring, feel free to reach out with any questions. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to answer any questions about the services I offer and to find out together if we may be a good fit.

Fees

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and $150 per session. Payment is accepted by e-transfer on the day of your appointment and a receipt can be provided for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, if applicable. Most extended health plans cover psychotherapy services, but it's best to contact your provider to make sure that your plan covers services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist.
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces to individuals experiencing financial hardship with priority given to BIPOC and/or trans clients. At this time, these spots are at capacity.
Consulting
I offer consulting services to professionals in the fields of mental health, community services, and sex education. I have experience consulting around the topics of anti-oppression, non-monogamy, sexuality, gender, and kink/BDSM identities. This service is offered virtually by phone all or Zoom.
My hourly rate is $150.
Workshops & Speaking Engagements
Before my work as a therapist, I had the honour of working as a sex, kink and BDSM educator, teaching workshops with a focus on communication, harm-reduction, and pleasure. In addition to facilitating weekly in-person workshops through a queer-focussed business, I have presented workshops at Western University, Fanshawe College, and various community organizations.
I currently offer workshops to individuals, groups, and organizations on topics on sexuality, gender, non-monogamy, online dating, LGBTQ+ topics, and kink/BDSM. Workshops are tailored to the individual or group I am working with, and I am happy to collaborate on which topics you would like included.
